California Hunter Safety Course Overview

Our California Fish and Wildlife hunter safety course is designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for safe hunting practices. Taught by certified instructors, the course covers California-specific regulations and safety protocols, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for their hunting experiences.

Students will engage in comprehensive studies that address key objectives tailored to California’s unique hunting environment. Our curriculum emphasizes the importance of wildlife conservation and responsible hunting, fostering a deep respect for nature and its inhabitants.

We offer a four-hour follow-up class every third Thursday of the month. This in-person session allows students to reinforce their learning, ask questions, and participate in hands-on activities that enhance their understanding of safe hunting practices.
